3. Client Responsibilities
To utilize our Services, clients must:
Provide accurate and complete information related to the packaging requirements.
Ensure that all materials and content provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Review and approve designs and proofs in a timely manner.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or quote.
Payments are due according to the terms specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment terms are not met.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the designs and materials produced by us will remain with AHS Branding Solutions until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs and materials for the intended purpose.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the course of business confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
Our liability for any damages arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific Service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of these Terms and fails to cure the breach within a reasonable time.
In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
